We're not a buyers agent

Rated Property doesn't buy, negotiate, arrange loans or act for anyone. If you engage a firm you found here, your agreement is with that firm.

Scores and data

Scores are calculated from public information on the date shown. Firms change their fees, staff and services, and Google ratings move every week. Check the important facts with the firm before you sign anything, and get its fees in writing.

No guarantee of outcomes

A high score doesn't guarantee a good result on your purchase.

Our liability

We take care to get the facts right, but we don't promise that everything on the site is complete, accurate or current. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on it, including a decision to engage, or not engage, a firm listed here.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that can't be excluded.

Links to other sites

We link to firms' websites and Google Business Profiles. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they say.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
