Corrections and listings

We'd rather be right than fast. If a fact on a profile is wrong, out of date or marked "not confirmed", send us the evidence and we'll re-check it.

What to send

• Buyer-only: a page on your website that says you act only for buyers.
• Fees: the page on your website where your fees or fee range are published.
• Licence: the licensee's name and licence number, as shown on the Office of Fair Trading register.
• Years trading: your ABN. If the business moved to a new company or trust, send the earlier ABN it traded under and we'll use the earlier start date.
• A missing firm: its name, website and Google Business Profile.

Email hello@ratedproperty.com.au with "Correction" in the subject. We check every claim against the public source before changing a score, and we update the profile's "data checked" date when we do.

What we won't do

We won't remove an accurate, sourced fact, change a score for payment, or take down a listing because a firm doesn't like its score.
