How are buyers agents ranked?
By the Rated Score: Google reviews (adjusted for volume), recent reviews, whether the firm works only for buyers, published fees, years operating, recent purchases, memberships and conduct. To be ranked a firm needs a checked Queensland licence, 10+ Google reviews, a Google review in the last 9 months and 12 months operating.
Can a buyers agent pay to rank higher?
No. Firms can buy a labelled sponsored slot outside the ranking or extras on their profile, but nothing they pay for changes their score or rank.
How much does a buyers agent cost in Brisbane?
20 of the 112 firms we track publish their fees. Most charge a fixed fee or a percentage of the price, often with an engagement fee. Our fee calculator shows what each firm would charge at your price.
How often is the data updated?
