Rated Property ranks the professionals you hire to buy a property on facts anyone can check, starting with Brisbane buyers agents. Most "best of" lists for these trades are paid placements with no visible method. We publish the method, the score behind every place, and the date each fact was checked.
What we do
- We track 112 buyers agents that buy for clients in Brisbane, and rank the 88 that pass every eligibility rule.
- Every buyers agent gets the same 9 checks, including its Queensland licence, Google reviews, published fees and whether it works only for buyers. How we rate
- We publish what each firm charges, with a fee calculator for your price.
- All data was last checked 30 Oct 2026, and we re-check it every month.
What we don't do
- We don't take referral fees or pass your details to anyone. You contact firms directly.
- Firms can't pay to change a score or a rank. Paid listings are labelled and kept outside the ranking.
- We don't give financial or legal advice. The rankings are general information to help you build a shortlist.
Who runs it
Rated Property is a small Brisbane-based site. It isn't owned by, or part of, any firm it rates.
